This four storey development consists of two number stand alone blocks and comprises of 52 apartments and 63 basement car parking spaces. The building fabric comprises of reinforced concrete basement structure, reinforced concrete load bearing spine walls to superstructure floors timber panel internal walls, timber panel and block work external cavity walls, with the external finishes combining brick work, self coloured render, natural slate pitched roof, paralon membrane to concealed flat roofs, stainless and powder coated metal railings.
This project was made particularly difficult by the step profile of the existing site which required an excavation of excess of 30,000 cubic meters of spoil and the placing of 150 nr 800mm diameter x 15m long bored concrete piles prior to any construction work commencing.

Phase 1 is now nearing practical completion and consists of 1,350 square meter basement car park, 790 square meters of retail space and 7 number town houses with an average size of 132 square meters. The building fabric comprises of reinforced concrete basement structure, structural steel and timber frame combination for ground to second floor with the external finishes combine brick work, self coloured render, hallmark stone work, stainless and powder coated metal railings.
This project accommodated old and new building approaches to deliver an aesthetically pleasing building within a short program. In addition to being the Main Contractor on this project Manley Construction have been retained to carryout the retail fit out element.
